Pabs Caluscos has over 26 years experience in finance and administration. Since 1993, he worked as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Administrator and as a Consultant for various Home Health Agencies.

Tom Roberson

Tom is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years experience in healthcare insurance and finance. He coordinates the interaction of IPR staff with the physicians, hospitals, clinic patients and patient's families. He also assists in business development and planning for IPR.

Director of Nursing
Rita Lou Milan, BSN, RN

Rita graduated from Northwestern State University of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1973. She has a total of 37 years of nursing experience which includes 25 years hospital experience in the Medical Intensive Care and Surgical Intensive Care Units until her retirement from the hospital in 1995

Rita began a fulfilling career as a field Registered Nurse in home health nursing in 1995 and accepted a Case Manager position at IPR Healthcare System, Inc. in 1998 then progressed to Case Manager Supervisor in 2003.

Currently, Rita is Director of Nursing at IPR Healthcare Services, Inc.
