1993, he worked as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Administrator
and as a Consultant for various Home Health Agencies.

Tom Roberson
Tom is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years experience in healthcare
insurance and finance. He coordinates the interaction of IPR staff with the
physicians, hospitals, clinic patients and patient's families. He also assists
in business development and planning for IPR.
Director of Nursing
JoAnn B. Jones
Jo Ann has over 30 years of nursing and nurse training experience. She coordinates
the overall clinical operation of IPR meeting the state and federal requiremnts
of a License and Certified Home and Community Service Agency. Jo Ann directly
supervises three RN Case Managers and office staff to meet the skilled needs
of home health patients under MD orders for home health care. She is also responsible
for staff training, competency evaluation and staff development of all clinical
personnel of IPR.
