IPR's registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses are oriented to provide quality services as directed by the client's physician. Our registered nurses take lead in managing patient care; they provide teaching regimens for the client and the client's family, coordinate treatment plans to other professional services deemed required by the client's physician and communicate with the client's physician and family. Our nurses are committed to providing the highest quality, safe, caring, and cost effective care for each client.

IPR’s physical therapists provide education teaching, and treatment of, clients experiencing acute onsets or flair-ups of various neurological, bone or muscular disorders deemed treatable by the client’s physician.
Our physical therapists perform complete client evaluations and consultation with the client’s physician in order to develop a personalized and manageable Home Exercise Program.
Our physical therapists provide family or caregiver training to reinforce and improve the benefits of treatment to ensure healthier, faster recoveries.

IPR’s occupational therapists provide education teaching, and treatment of, clients who require assistance with daily living support. Our occupational therapists are trained to improve safety and independence in daily activities as well as functional use of client’s upper and lower extremities.
Services may include but are not limited to:
- Evaluation of and Fitting for Adaptive Equipment
- Instruction in Energy Conservation, Work Simplification and Joint Protection
- Custom Orthotic Fabrication for the Hand and Arm
- Perceptual Motor Training
- Adaptive Training for Successful Completion of Daily Living Activities
- Treatment focuses on developing each client’s functional skills and is tailored to meet the specific needs of each disability

IPR’s speech language pathologists provide education teaching, and treatment of, client’s who require assistance in communication and swallowing.
Treatments are designed to improve any and all of the following:

IPR’s medical social work services are essential in providing quality care to our clients. Our goal is to improve or maintain the social, emotional, functional, and physical health status of each client while enhancing the coping skills of the family and other caregivers.
Other components of the social worker’s role include but are not limited to:
- Liaison with other members of the health care team
- Advocacy with community agencies
- Information about, and referral to, programs such as Meals on Wheels and Library for the Blind
- Counseling and crisis intervention, and application for financial assistance
- Assistance with long-term care planning, and placement counseling
IPR’s home health aides are oriented to provide routine individualized healthcare, as directed by the client’s physician, such as changing bandages and dressing wounds, applying topical medications to the elderly, and monitor or report changes in our client’s health status. Our home health aides also provide personal care with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
IPR’s Registered dieticians are oriented to provide adequate teaching to provide our clients with optimal nutrition for care of disease processes or wound healing which may be severely affected by various diseases such as Diabetes.
